The design of this downtown penthouse condo was planned during the construction of the building. Garret Cord Werner worked with the owners who purchased the space as an undeveloped shell and created the architecture and interiors you see to suit the clients’ specific requirements. The floor plan was designed to have a private kitchen with large floor to ceiling pocket doors. Large format polished porcelain floors were used to provide one clean, durable surface that brightens all the spaces and maximizes the flow through from room to room. All custom furnishings were created for the space to ensure all items were to scale, and to meet the clients’ comfort requirements. A dramatic powder room features Japanese metallic tiles on the walls and a Macassar ebony custom pedestal with glass sink are just a few of the very refined aspects of this home.
