The Architectural remodel of this 1949 rambler by Garret Cord Werner was gutted, and the floor plans were dramatically revised and opened-up. The kitchen was relocated to where an existing bedroom was, and the fireplace wall was modified for access into the living area. Beside the kitchen is a long window seat for casual entertaining, and a place to hang out and relax while being adjacent to the kitchen where everyone congregates. The fireplace was encased with beautiful floor to ceiling white select Calcutta marble, and the floors are finished in rich rosewood for a dramatic foundation that runs the entire main floor.
