This unique project was to develop a small community of homes for individual clients that desired to live together.

Each home is unique to meet the requirements of each family. The client’s desire was to develop homes that related to one another architecturally so that it felt like a community, but still remained individually distinctive. A timeless architecture was desired with a focus on light-filled spaces, indoor-outdoor public spaces, and also sanctuary like private spaces. These homes are currently under construction and use a net-zero energy design for low-cost utilities, as well as low impact on the environment.
