This mid-century Clyde Hill home was completely gutted and rebuilt. The overall exterior footprint remains the same, however the interior floor plan was completely redefined. The exterior of the home added new windows and openings, and a new metal roof was completed. Landscape was redone with a new driveway and plantings, including a private Japanese garden at the entryway and a new pool with waterfall and entertaining decks. All architecture and interiors are by Garret Cord Werner Architects & Interior Designers.
