This unique design, in the heart of a gated community, is a thoughtful representation of Garret Cord Werner’s signature of blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living. This property features a particularly large exposure to a golf course, providing the perfect backdrop for backyard entertaining, as well as a serene landscape for the outdoor design concept to flow into. The show stopping lower level features a pool, spa, and main entertaining area. This allows family and friends to be fully protected from Northwest weather while still enjoying year-long entertaining, integrated with the outdoors. Always inspired by land and lot challenges, the Garret Cord Werner team took advantage of the steep slope of the lot, creating cantilevered levels that appear to be floating above the golf course.
