This epic 12,000 square foot modern estate is situated on a large but narrow parcel of dramatic oceanfront land. The architecture of this home is intentionally designed into multiple zones. Pavilions, or modules, are connected by bridges and pathways, segmenting the home into distinct areas that not only make this large home feel inviting, but also create a spatially resonant and dynamic living experience. As a part of our holistic design philosophy, we have merged the architecture and the landscape, sculpting the earth to create spaces that not only interact with one another but also provide separation and privacy where desired.
